This symbol is to be used on movements, rallies and protests that have the courage to change what is broken.

 

The open delta is a universal symbol meaning "open to change".  The broken triangle is also inspired by our government and it's three branches, and how sometimes it seems as though there is a disconnect somewhere along the line.  The lines at the bottom left are letters of the Semaphore Flag Signaling Alphabet.  They represent two C's which stand for Change and Courage, as one does not occur without the other. They also are placed next to each other to form two adjacent arrows which is a viking symbol meaning "create your own reality". And the slightly upward slanted arrows in general stand for upward progress, which can't occur without change, which can't occur without courage.
