International Women's Day in Dunedin, FL

For those who have never experienced the small-town connections of Dunedin firsthand, I can personally attest to this city's ability to network! Especially when it comes to the women. Never have I seen a more welcoming, and outgoing group of business women, looking not only to promote their own businesses, but also to promote others! This was clearly apparent at our International Women's Day event at Cueni Brewing Company on Sunday, March 7th!


What makes all these women business-owners so amazing, is that they believe in the town, they believe in it's people, and most of all, they believe in themselves!


As the saying goes: She Believed She Could So She Did!

Brenda Schwandt with Cueni Brewing Company

Brenda, known by many as "Bren", is a co-owner of Cueni Brewing Company with her husband Jon! The brewery is located right off of the Pinellas Trail and was the host of this weekend's International Women's Day event! Cueni just released their women's day beer called Pink GR'oots and tapped it this past weekend for the Celebration! Thank you Bren for hosting such an amazing event. Laura West with 511 Food Company


Laura West is the owner and operator of 511 Food Company. Laura provided the food at our Women's Day event from her food truck, tucked conveniently inside of Cueni Brewing Company! Laura also caters local events! Check out her website to cater your next event!





Kaylin Ingram with Kay Coastal Designs


A little bit about me! My name is Kaylin and I am freelance graphic designer at Kay Coastal Designs based out of Dunedin, FL! All of these women on this page have helped me build my network tremendously and now I have tons of local clients needing logos, t-shirts, post cards, business cards, etc! I also painted the She Believed Mural outside of Cueni Brewing Company, my favorite project to date! Bridget Belcik is the owner and founder of Racetrack Printing Company! She is the official printing company of Kay Coastal Designs and is responsible for ALL of the Women's Day Tees and Tanks at the event! Joy Hmielewski has been in photography going on 10 years. She owns two companies: Joyelan Photography and Skyway Property Imaging. Joyelan Photography specializes in weddings and elopements as well as portrait sessions, while Skyway Property Imaging specializes in Drone Photography, and real estate or commercial photography. Jenna Eberts with Salon Vibe


Meet Jenna she is the owner of Salon Vibe formally named Hair by Jenna. Her boutique style salon is located in the Salon Suites in Dunedin Florida. Jenna is a Florida native and her love for hair started at a young age. While attending high school Jenna enrolled in Dunedin Highs cosmetology program and then furthered her education at Sunstate Academy. She specializes in blondes, lived in color, Balayage and Extensions. You will always leave her salon feeling educated on how to style your hair and maintain your new look at home.

Danielle Duffy is a mother of 3 daughters and is the founder of Think Tank-HR. Think Tank offers high level Corp HR to small growing businesses. Wendy Long left her corporate job in 2015 to open a kid's salon. She was frustrated with the long hours and inability to spend much time with her two kids.
